Harold Remlinger, Principal Architect of DesignTeam Plus, LLC, has over 28 years of experience working in the field of Architecture and Construction. As a Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Florida licensed Architect and Michigan licensed Builder, Harold has designed, developed, and observed the successful completion of multiple residential and commercial projects varying in scale and complexity.

Harold is an active AIA, Detroit USGBC, NCARB, and past Advising Architect of the Village of Warren Historic Commission. He has presented to a variety of groups such as Central Michigan University, Lawrence Technological University, Green Team, NARI of Tampa Bay, ASHRAE, Stadium Drive Elementary School, and Van Dyke Public Schools on topics relating to sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
